Vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela on sandy soil in mediterranean climate. Lightly fermented in stainless steel vats, with temperature controlled to 16 ºC.
Recommended storage time is 3 years. A good choice to serve with grilled fish, salads and pasta.
