An amber-gold wine, with aromas reminiscent of honey and orange peel. Full on the palate with excellent balance of sweet and fresh. An elegant and persistent finish.

Vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela on sandy soil in mediterranean climate. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature controlled to a density of 1090, followed by the addition of 77% vol. spirit distilled from wine, and extended maceration that lasts until March of the following year. Matured for 18 months in oak half barrels.
Recommended storage time is 15 years. Good with traditional Portuguese pastry, as well as a solo appetizer or digestif.
